Eligibility

To be eligible for the V&Me Money Back Guarantee, you must:

  • Have used V&Me for at least 3 days (different meals) 
  • Claim the money back within 1 week of your final delivery 
  • Claim the money back within 15 days of your first delivery

How to claim

To claim the V&Me Money Back Guarantee, simply contact our customer service team by email or phone and let us know that you are not satisfied with your food/delivery. You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Your name and contact information 
  • The dates of your deliveries 
  • The days you were not satisfied with 
  • The name of the competitor that you believe offers a better product and why

Refund

If you meet all of the eligibility requirements and you provide us with the required information, we will issue you a full refund for your V&Me subscription.

To be eligible for the V&Me Money Back Guarantee, you must:

  • The V&Me Money Back Guarantee is only valid for one claim per customer. 
  • The V&Me Money Back Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. 
  • V&Me reserves the right to change or cancel the Money Back Guarantee at any time without notice.
