Eligibility
To be eligible for the V&Me Money Back Guarantee, you must:
- Have used V&Me for at least 3 days (different meals)
- Claim the money back within 1 week of your final delivery
- Claim the money back within 15 days of your first delivery
How to claim
To claim the V&Me Money Back Guarantee, simply contact our customer service team by email or phone and let us know that you are not satisfied with your food/delivery. You will need to provide us with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- The dates of your deliveries
- The days you were not satisfied with
- The name of the competitor that you believe offers a better product and why
Refund
If you meet all of the eligibility requirements and you provide us with the required information, we will issue you a full refund for your V&Me subscription.

- The V&Me Money Back Guarantee is only valid for one claim per customer.
- The V&Me Money Back Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- V&Me reserves the right to change or cancel the Money Back Guarantee at any time without notice.
