Storage instructions‍

Please put meals in the fridge as soon as you receive the food unless you consume it immediately. Consume within 2 days of receiving your delivery.

Leave breads and muffins at room temperature if consumed the same day.
‍
Please consume any rice dish within 24 hours and do not reheat more than once.

Reheating guidelines

Always reheat until food is piping hot (>75C) and let it cool down before serving.
‍
Please note our packaging is not microwave and oven-safe and we recommend using your own plates and lids.
‍
Reheating instructions vary across appliances.

Soups, pasta, curries and rice dishes are suitable for microwaving or can be reheated on the hob (with a splash of water or a spray of oil if necessary).
‍
Risotto is best reheated on the hob with a touch of butter and water.
‍
Lasagne, pies, bakes, fish goujons, or anything that comes in a tin foil container is best reheated in the oven, covered with foil, 180C for 10-15 minutes (with a splash of water or a spray of oil if necessary). Please take the contents out of the tin container if using a microwave.

Fish dishes are best consumed first, use an oven with a spray of oil to reheat.
‍
Breads can be enjoyed warm or cold, using an oven (160-180C) for 2-3 minutes to reheat if enjoying warm (watch not to burn).

Consumption notes

Please ensure your baby/toddler is sitting down while eating, please always stay with your baby to minimise the risk of choking.

While every care has been taken to remove bones, please use caution when eating fish and other meat dishes as they may contain fish or other meat bones.

Made in kitchens that handle all 14 allergens, excluding nuts. We cannot guarantee that our suppliers are all nuts and allergen-free, so there may be a risk of cross-contamination. Consume at your own risk.
