If you select no egg as a dietary for example, we will include dairy from the standard menu recipes!

Milk → oat milk
Butter → plant-based butter
Cream → oat cream
egg → extra baking powder

Our chefs prepare their own stocks and sauces completely from scratch to ensure there are no hidden nasties or added salt or sugar....

It's a great way to enhance the natural flavours of the dishes and give you peace of mind knowing your baby is eating 100% natural, clean ingredients! Listed below is each individual stock / sauce and their ingredients.

Chicken stock: Chicken, onion, garlic, thyme, carrot, bay leaf

Nage: Onion, carrot, peppers, tomato, garlic, olive oil, parsley, nori seaweed, yeast flakes, olives, thyme, rosemary, dried mushrooms, bay leaf, mixed spice, paprika, fennel seeds, star anise.

Herb oil: Olive oil, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, garlic, bay leaf.

Olive paste: Black olives, balsamic vinegar (sulphites), herb oil, yeast flakes, lemon zest.
