Hey, I'm Jo - your dedicated expert

I've been a registered paediatric dietitian for 17 years now!

I work with V&Me to help optimise all of the nutritional planning and delivery of their seasonal baby and toddler menus.

It's highly recommend that new customers take a second to answer the questions below, so you can receive tailored advice from me about what to expect with your little one's journey with V&Me.

Takes about 30 seconds!
Tell us a little bit more about your weaning journey so far. We'll be able to give you bespoke advice from our experts.

You're on the right track!

I think that your baby is on the right track, and should fully enjoy all the new tastes and flavours on the V&Me menu, which is designed to broaden their palate.

Keep in mind that it can take several attempts at trying some new foods before they start to like them, so don't give up too soon if they turn their nose up the first time around! Did you know that V&Me’s baby meals are carefully designed with just the right amount of protein to meet your baby’s needs, while prioritising the healthy fats and carbohydrates essential for their rapid growth and development?

You're off to a good start

Did you know...

V&Me meals are just like home-cooked meals, so your baby should take to them quite easily!

We also carefully craft them with just the right amount of protein to meet your baby’s needs, while prioritising the healthy fats and carbohydrates essential for their rapid growth and development.

The only difference is that our menu is designed to give your baby a different meal every day, so don't be disheartened if they don't demolish every meal the first time around. It can take several attempts at trying some new foods before they start to like it!

Keep persevering!

You might find that your baby will take a few attempts to get used to some of the more "taste explorer" dishes on our menu, but rest assured that this is totally normal and all part of their healthy eating journey!

We recommend taking a look at what's on the coming week's menu and choosing the days where there is a familiar meal along with a a new dish they might not have tried before. It's a great way to ease them into the new flavours!

I'm glad you've made the switch!

Due to the overly sweet flavour profile of supermarket pouches, babies who have taken a liking to these can sometimes take a bit longer to get used to liking more bitter, savoury flavours that you would typically find on the V&Me menu.

So if your baby doesn't instantly take to their first couple of meals, remember that this is totally normal.

Luckily babies are fast adapters, and with a bit of perseverance, their palate will develop to like these healthy new tastes!
